Njegovi plošči Venice (2003) in Endless Summer (2001) ter sodelovanje z Ryuichiem Sakamotom in Miko Vainiom (Pansonic) so vrhunski in subtilni izdelki enega izmed najbolj organskih, nepredvidljivih in preciznih avtorjev sodobne elektronske glasbe.
The 13th event from the series of the RE-LAX project, which has presented electronic music in Slovenia since 2001, will this time be dedicated to the promotion of the new album entitled Mobi Rock by the Belgrade musician WoO and published by the Ljubljana Record Company rx:tx, and to the presentation of the cult Austrian creator of “deep and fluid” electronic music, Christian Fennesz.
Mobi Rock (rxtxcd012) is the first album from one of the key members of the Belgrade musical company The Belgrade Noise Society, which is today almost the only real space for musical experimentation in the Serbian capital. WoO uses analogue electronic equipment and guitars to establish a connection with the musical background of our everyday lives and so creates unpredictable and intuitive electromagnetic sound landscapes. Christian Fennesz’s music is an unforgettable fusion of man, nature and technology. With his albums “Venice” (2003) and “Endless Summer” (2001) as well as his collaboration with Ryuichi Sakamoto and Mika Vainio (Pansonic) which are perfect and subtle, Fennesz is one of the most organic, unpredictable and precise composers of the contemporary electronic musical age.
