Zgodbe o telesu je ciklus plesnih predstav osredotočenih na telo. Koreografinja raziskuje telesnost osebe in osebnost telesa (eno telo – stotine identitet). Telesnost osebe se odraža skozi njeno gibanje, ki oddaja tisoče nevidnih znakov. Ti znaki so kot kode, ki jih lahko dešifriramo in postanejo dolge zgodbe s svojo zgodovino in skrivnostmi. Osebnost telesa pride v ospredje, ko se nepričakovano osredotočimo na specifičen del telesa (zoom in) in navadna komunikacijska vloga je lahko zamenjana z željami, obsesijami, ki ustvarjajo hibridne modele obnašanja, ki so izven kontrole.
Stories of the body is a cycle of dance shows focused on the body. The choreographer is exploring the physicality of a person and the personality of a body (one body – hundreds of identities). The physicality of a person is seen through her movement giving off thousands of invisible signs. These signs are like codes that can be decrypted and become long stories with their history and mysteries.
The personality of a body comes to the front when we unexpectedly zoom in on a specific part of the body, and the common communication role can be exchanged for wishes and obsessions that create the hybrid models of acting beyond control.
Snježana Premuš je začela plesati v Plesni izbi Maribor. Po končanem študiju na London Contemporary Dance School v Londonu/98 je bila povabljena v različne raziskovalne in improvizacijske projekte: On the Edge/Paris – Mark Tompkins itd., Danceweb/Dunaj, Tanzfabric/Berlin,Tuning scores/Ljubljana z Liso Nelson,Vinko Globokar/ Atene itd. Med ’95 in ’08 pleše z Yelp Dance Co. (London/Atene), Elena Alonso (Berlin/Madrid) in s slovenskimi skupinami: PTL, EN KNAP, Mateja Bučar, Betontanz. Intenzivno je sodelovala z režiserjem S.Horvat, SNG Drama Ljubljana: “V.Bartol, Alamut” – Prva nagrada na Festivalu v Salzburgu 05. Svoje delo je po letu 2000 osredotočila na raziskavo zvoka in telesa (digitalno področje):”Ozvočeno telo” z berlinskim glasbenikom I.Schickom, in na “stanja telesa” v seriji del: “Zgodbe o Telesu”.
Snježana Premuš started to dance at Plesna izba Maribor. She graduated from the London Contemporary Dance School in 1998, and was invited to join different research and improvisational projects: On the Edge/Paris – Mark Tompkins, etc., Danceweb/Vienna, Tanzfabric/Berlin,Tuning scores/Ljubljana with Lisa Nelson, Vinko Globokar/ Athens, etc. From 1995 onwards she has been dancing with the Yelp Dance Co. (London/Athens), Elena Alonso (Berlin/Madrid) and with Slovene groups: PTL, EN KNAP, Mateja Bučar, Betontanz. She was active in the c-operation with the stage manager S. Horvat, National Theatre Ljubljana: “V.Bartol, Alamut” – the received the first prize at the Salzburg Festival in 2005. After 2000 she focused on the research of sound and body(digital area): “Amplified body” with the
musician from Berli, I. Schick, and on the “conditions of the body” in the series of works entitled: “Stories of the Body”.
